Oozuku Awasedo Japanese Natural Sharpening Stone OZ106

Oozuku Awasedo is generally slightly harder than other mines such as the Ohira, however they do tend to have a finer grit compared to the more muddy stoens like the Hideriyama. I love to use them for the finest edge possible. This Oozuku is very even and great colour.
Budget friendly stone!

It is recommended for single bevel knvies and those to demand the sharpest edge. It is also an excellent choice for woodworking tools.

Knives and Stones does't often offer Japanese natural stones. I only pick up JNats when I am in Japan, and I tried all of them individually before getting them shipped back to our Sydney office.
