This is the Syousin Chiku Migaki by Master Yu Kurosaki from Takefu. The KU series is a great success, representing excellent value with great performance. So what about the Migaki? The Migaki is the result of listening to our customers: some of youdon't want the texture, some don't like the kurochi finish, and some wanted a better than the stock rosewood / pakkawood handle.
Therefore, in an effort to make you happy (I know I still won't make everyone happy), and to celebrate the success of Syousin Chiku, along with my holiday mood, I am introducing a special run of the Kurosaki Migaki 170mm:
- A polished non-kurochi version of the KU Chiku
- Same Aogami Super core steel, same stainless cladding
- Super nice finished choil and spine for improved F&F
- An elegant K&S custom Ebony handle with marble horn and single nickel-silver spcaer a standard
