極為稀有(我只見過一把!)佑成白二鮪切(鮪魚刀)。540mm 的刃長絕對是您收藏中的亮點!這是一把白二鏡面拋光霞鮪切。
配備 K&S 烏木三重間隔淺色牛角柄。
雖然主圖本身無法顯示這把刀的巨大尺寸,但我特地放了一把 210mm 牛刀在旁邊作為參考。
Care Instruction
- Don't cut hard things! Japanese knives are brittle so bone hacking is a NO NO!
- Wash with neutral detergent after use, and wipe dry;
- Please don't wash knife with dishwasher, it will damage the wood handle;
- Be careful not to leave the knife close to a heat source for a long time;
- It is a lot more dangerous to cut with a blunt knife than a sharp knife!
- It is best to sharpen a Japanese knife regularly on a waterstone. Error: Steel nature unknown
