Kitchen Knife / Cutting Board Mineral Oil Medical Grade

It is always a good idea to oil your carbon knife after use or before long term storage, as this will prevent rust forming. 

The K&S medical grade mineral oil is what we use on a daily basis. I like them more than the traditional Tsubaki oil because the medical grade mineral oil is safe to consume (limited amount), as a result it is safe not only for knife, we also use it for our handles and cutting boards. 

Please make sure the knife is cleaned and wiped dry before applying. 

The oil will not go rancid.
