Chan Chi Kee (陳枝記, CCK) is a family knife shop on Shanghai Street in Kowloon, Hong Kong. The owner told Atlas Obscura in April 2025 that the blades were made in Hong Kong until the 1990s, and in mainland China since then. The current owner says his grandfather started the shop before the Second World War, and the shop calls itself 百年老店, a century-old shop. Its range covers Chinese kitchen knives in carbon and stainless steel, from slicers and the 文武刀 chopper to small slicers, Kau Kong choppers, bone choppers and BBQ choppers, as well as woks and other Chinese kitchenware.

At the back of the Shanghai Street shop is a small sharpening station where cleavers are ground and finished. The Hong Kong Tourism Board describes its knives and woks as "trusted by Michelin-starred chefs and local kitchens alike". Since 2021 the knives the company makes carry a newly designed mark on the blade, and the shop says there is only one Chan Chi Kee: 只此一家, this one shop only.
