Shigeki Tanaka (田中誠貴) is a kitchen-knife craftsman based in Miki, Hyogo, Japan. He is the representative and head of the workshop Tanaka Ichinoji Hamono Seisakusho (田中一之刃物製作所), and his knives carry his own maker brand, Shigeki-saku (誠貴作). He was born in 1977.
