Ginyo is a Ginsanko Damascus blade with Tsuchime finish. Forged by master smith Yoshihiro Yauji of Takefu knife village. The hand forged damascus pattern is very dense and matches well with the Tsuchime hammered pattern. The knife overall is on the workhorse side, yet the knife is qutie thin behind the edge and can cut through a potato effortlessly. A true beauty with a beasty cutting performance.
