Is Kenji Togashi related to the other Togashi smiths?

Yes. Kenji Togashi (富樫憲治) is the father of the younger Togashi smiths, 富樫憲幸 and 富樫龍生. Both are also designated 伝統工芸士 — 富樫憲幸 was certified in 2008 and 富樫龍生 in 2022.

All three Togashi smiths are honyaki (本焼) specialists on the Sakai Takayuki maker's roster.
