Supplied by renowned knife manufacturer Sakai Takayuki, Japan. Made by craftsmen in very small quantity, this is the stand that you have all been asking me to get.
You will often see one of these knife stands sitting on the bench behind the chef. He would pull one of his best knives to prepare the fish in front of you.
If you have more than a handful of knives in your collection, this is the stand for you.
